With more than 21 years of professional experience, Mr. Glass excels in managing a large automotive service department. His daily responsibilities include ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction, managing finances, supervising employees, and repairing customers' vehicles. Prior to joining Boch Honda, he worked as an automotive technician and service consultant at Sears Brand, LLC for five years, a general store manager at Auto Palace, LLC and a dispatcher and shop manager at Banks Chevrolet Cadillac for five years.

Mr. Glass received his safety inspector license from the state of New Hampshire and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has also achieved certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. His aspirations are to become a general manager and, ultimately, open his own dealership.
