The partnership will improve DTS' ability to remotely access and manage remote communications devices, including the company's large deployment of iDirect network infrastructure, resulting in increased service uptime and reduced support costs.

Uplogix solutions deliver the local access and control of a console server, the in-depth monitoring and diagnostics of systems management software, and the intelligence of an on-site technician into a single, integrated platform. Appliances are collocated and connected to satellite and traditional networking devices like iDirect and Cisco to maintain, configure, and autonomously fix routine IT infrastructure issues. Out-of-band functionality over the Iridium low earth orbit network ensures a management connection - even if the primary satellite link is down.
