Wagner, co-founder and principal of Chartwell Group LLC/TCN Worldwide of Cleveland, Ohio, has been re-elected as chairman for the 2009-2010 TCN Worldwide Board of Directors. Originally elected to the board of directors in 2004, Mr. Wagner previously served as the board's vice chairman.

David Wagner has been active in the real estate community since the early 1980s and is currently the driving force behind Chartwell Group's efforts in mixed-use urban and historic redevelopments as well as the industrial brownfield development and green technologies arenas. Mr. Wagner is a graduate of St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
