David is a specialist emergency physician by clinical training. He specializes in disaster medicine, disaster planning, aviation medicine, and international aeromedical evacuation and repatriation. Mr. Cooper also has extensive experience in disaster response and critical care systems planning.
During his collegiate career, David earned a Bachelor of Medicine degree at the University of Newcastle, a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of New England, and a Fellowship in Emergency Medicine at the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine. He also earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from Macquarie University.
