As president of the commercial brokerage division for Murray Hill Properties/TCN Worldwide, David Greene is responsible for the supervising and leasing of over six million square feet of commercial property. Additionally, he supervises more than 40 experienced real estate professionals in the brokerage department at 277 Park Avenue and oversees the firm's marketing strategy, advertising and public relations.
A seasoned real estate professional, David Greene has been with Murray Hill Properties/TCN Worldwide for more than 12 years. Over the years, David has represented Fortune 500 Companies, large institutional owners, private investors, family ownerships, and firms from the world of real estate, corporate law, finance, accounting, entertainment, new technology, apparel and healthcare. He has acted as investment broker, leasing representative, leasing agent and advisor.
