Mr. Bugay received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design in 1988 from Kansas State University and is an award-winning and published designer. With 22 years of professional experience, Mr. Bugay attributes his success to his leadership and design management skills. His responsibilities at inServ include managing a diverse group of design specialists, and overseeing video editors, producers, art buyers, retouchers, multimedia/presentation designers, and print designers. Prior to his current position Mr. Bugay was the VP, Design Director for GSW Worldwide/business communications group. He also worked at Hallmark Cards for 10 years as a Typography Designer, Senior Designer and Design Supervisor.
Mr. Bugay is a decorated Gulf War veteran; serving 8 years in the United States Army Reserves. He has received several of the military's highest medals for his leadership and organizational skills.
