Ms. Suazo has a vast amount of experience in business ownership, having been an owner once before. After her retirement, however, she realized that she was too young to retire and she and her husband opened the glass repair shop, Northern Rockies Glass. For the past seven years, she has worked alongside her husband, using her expertise in customer service and taking care of any client who walks through her doors.

Ms. Suazo attributes her successful career to her hard work, determination, perseverance, and the values instilled in her by her parents. She studied at Monterey Peninsula College and supports the Alena Suazo Memorial Fund, the Alena Suazo Foundation and ASPCA. Looking toward the future, she aims to work less so that she can focus on running the successful foundation that was established for her daughter.
