The proud owner of a 7-Eleven franchise, Debora Henderson boasts a business management savvy that informs each unique area of her work. In addition to some of the more routine responsibilities of a hands-on business owner, such as staffing, training and scheduling, Ms. Henderson pays a special focus on public relations initiatives. Her dedication to this sector of business also informs her customer service practices, and she claims that her customers always have a voice.
Ms. Henderson has seen her store reach a number of milestones. In 2003, it was recognized for operational excellence and, the following year, for its highest core earnings. Ms. Henderson herself has recently been honored for her business prowess with induction into Worldwide Branding.
While she has owned her store for the last six years, she applies a total of 26 years of business experience to its operation. This expertise is dedicated to a host of investment properties as well, another area of the workforce she is successful exploring.
Ms. Henderson earned a good deal of professional knowledge from her previous work with the U.S. Naval Reserve. She is also able to draw on an associate degree in computer technology from the Electronic Computer Programming Institute.
