    Snow Hill, MD, December 19, 2008 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Deborah Lynn Wood, Accounting Clerk for the Worcester County Treasurer's Office, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of government service.

Ms. Wood has 33 years of experience in government service. As accounting clerk for the Worcester County Treasurer's Office, she utilizes her customer service skills to collect real estate, personal, property and corporation taxes, ensure the veracity of information in recording and processing deeds, handle mailing, and answer questions about taxes. Ms. Wood became involved in her profession because of the inspiration she received from her mother, who was in the same field. She began her career as a level 3-1 accountant, eventually progressing to the highest level thanks to her reliability.

In addition to completing certifications in personal computers and applications through Wor-Wic Community College, Ms. Wood underwent training in fire and rescue services. In her spare time, she volunteers with Wilson United Methodist Church, Moose Lodge and Grant-A-Wish-Inc.
