Debra A. Dreiling Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Television Production

    AUSTIN, TX, April 3, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Debra A. Dreiling, Director, Producer and Production Coordinator of Liquidation Channel, was recently named a VIP of the Year by Worldwide Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.

Ms. Dreiling has been in the media industry for almost two decades; she loves the ever-changing field. She has primarily worked in the news and home shopping sectors, but is also involved with some freelance work concerning commercials and Web videos. Her areas of expertise include direction, production and team motivation. Ms. Dreiling brings her experience and expertise to the role of producer and production coordinator for the Liquidation Channel, a television shopping network and online store. She is responsible for managing payroll for the production department, planning daily schedules for all departments, and handling daily operations, such as traffic and promotion selections. She has served in this capacity for the past four years.

Prior to entering the media industry, Ms. Dreiling served for 12 years in the military, which helped her gain strong leadership and teamwork skills. She served nine years active duty with the U.S. Navy and three years in the Reserve. Ms. Dreiling has been awarded several commendations for her training abilities. After her military service ended, she started volunteering at a public access station, where she learned about all facets of the business. She attributes her military success to her father and success in media to her mentor, Bob Neill.

In 2005, Ms. Dreiling received a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications with a specialization in electronic media from Texas State University. She previously graduated summa cum laude from Vincennes University with an Associate of Science in 1999. She remains current in her field through affiliation with the National Association of Broadcasters. Looking toward the future, Ms. Dreiling aims to continue directing, producting and managing televised media. She also aspires to work for Disney and publish a children's story.
