/24-7PressRelease/ - DOYLESTOWN, PA, July 19, 2008 - All proceeds from the Strides for Mission 5k will directly support the MAMA Project, Inc. MAMA Project is a ministry connecting North Americans and Hondurans to work on many of the problems that cause suffering in Honduras. The race route will feature the picturesque farms and country side of Bedminster Township surrounding Deep Run East Church.
Awards will be given to first male and female overall finishers and the top male and female finishers in each age group as follows: 19 & under, 5 year increments thereafter, 60 & over. Race results will be posted at http://www.compuscore.com.
Entry fees must be postmarked by 9/8/08. Long sleeved t-shirts will be distributed to the first 100 pre-registered Strides for Mission 5k runners. T-shirts will be on sale the day of the race. The Strides for Mission pre-event registration is $20 and $25 for day-of event registration. A $5 registration will be collected for the Family Mission Walk on the day of the race.
