Delphi Academy of Boston Students to Participate in Science Fairs

    MILTON, MA, January 06, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Delphi Boston science fairs will be held for the Elementary & Middle School on Friday, January 20 and for the Lower School on Friday, January 27. Student's projects will focus on investigative tools, the students' own understanding of the scientific phenomena represented, and the students' initiative and responsibility demonstrated.

All Lower School, Elementary School, and Middle School students are tasked each year with putting on their thinking caps for the annual science fairs. They create beautiful displays to showcase their research and what they have learned. These activities help students to build a strong educational foundation. It also teaches students to harness real-world skills such as presenting, public speaking, and professionalism.

It is emphasized that children learn at their own pace. The term "gradient" is often used to describe a student's progress. Delphi Boston wants to ensure that students tackle subjects that they are academically ready for, because there is nothing more discouraging than trying to learn something that is much too hard. Subjects need to be learned according to an individual student's own pace and position in the school.
