Dental Office Provides Free Dental Health Screenings for Special Olympics Athletes and Local Community Charitable Organizations

South Florida dentist office partners with key charitable organizations.

BOCA RATON, FL, July 14, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Regency Court Dentistry, a Boca Raton-based dentistry office specializing in general, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dentistry, today announced partnerships with key charitable organizations. Beginning this summer, Regency Court Dentistry will partner with the Special Olympics World Games, Florence Fuller Child Development Center, and the Early Head Start-Head Start Center in Homestead to provide screenings and dental care to disabled children and adults, migrant workers, and disadvantaged youth.

Regency Court Dentistry was selected as one of only a handful of healthcare providers to provide screenings and dental care to Special Olympics athletes. At Florence Fuller Child Development Center, Regency Court Dentistry will provide oral exams to disadvantaged children. At the Early Head Start-Head Start Center, dental staff will head down to Homestead to assess and treat over 250 children who don't have access to dental care.

Dr. Naved Fatmi, D.M.D. and Sue Kassoff-Correia, Registered Dental Hygienist, truly believe in giving back to the community. After volunteering with non-profit organizations, the dental care team sought out opportunities to provide a more direct impact in the community. Using their expertise in comprehensive dental care, Fatmi and Kassoff-Corriea decided to join forces with charitable organizations to provide preventative and restorative dental care to those in need right here in South Florida. "We are dedicated to the overall health of our patients and our community, and we want to help the many children and adults who don't have the financial means to cover dental treatment." Dr. Fatmi commented.

Since 2012, Regency Court Dentistry has taken an active approach to helping the South Florida community through free dental health education, screenings, and general and restorative dentistry. Most recently, the dental office has provided pro bono dental services to elderly patients through Dental Assistance for Survivors of the Holocaust (DASH) by Jewish Family Services (JFS), disabled individuals at the ARC of the Glades, and disadvantaged children at the Florence Fuller Development Center.

Renowned for thorough screenings and comprehensive dental care, Regency Court Dentistry provides complete dental health care including general and restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, comprehensive dentistry, and emergency dental care. Regency Court Dentistry is conveniently located in the Regency Court Plaza in Boca Raton, Florida and serves individuals throughout Palm Beach County.
