The new offering uses thermochromic ink to create labels that respond by color change to cooling temperatures. Other enhanced-ink options offered by Primeflex include glow-in-the-dark ink and chameleon ink, which visually changes color depending on the viewing angle.

When at a normal temperature state, the ink will stay at a desired color and when activated by a cooler temperature, the ink will change to signify the temperature change. Activation can take place at a number of temperature ranges, from notification that your product is cool to a color change signifying freezing. The enhanced ink solutions are proven sales tools that can help re-energize a mature product or look.
