Miles to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of her sensational work in the Architecture Industry. As a Partner Integration Manager IPT Leader for Parsons, as well as throughout her incredible 30 year career, Taya has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Established in 1944, Parsons is a leader in many diversified markets such as communications, education, energy, environment, facilities, federal government, healthcare, infrastructure, life sciences, transportation, vehicle inspection and water/wastewater. In addition to engineering and construction, Parsons provides a wide range of technical and management solutions, including asset management, commissioning, qualifications, validation; condition assessments; construction; data management; design;development and fabrication; disaster response; intelligence/security; operations and maintenance; planning; and program/construction management.

As Partner Integration Management IPT (Integrated Project Team) Leader at the Pentagon Renovation and Construction Office, a Parsons Joint Venture, Taya successfully manages the effective communication of Program related issues from preplanning through post occupancy, between the Department of Defense Tenant Agencies, the design build contractor and PENREN. She is responsible for facilitating effective interaction between the tenant Agencies and PENREN, particularly with respect to Agency requirements and PENREN's policies, procedures and the ability to meet those requirements.

Taya attributes her success to her ability to foster communication, collaboration and cooperation with her clients and stakeholders. She began her career in New York where she spent 23 years working for fortune 500 companies providing turnkey design services including planning, design, project management, construction administration, procurement, installation and post occupancy evaluation. She spent 14 of those years with a major New York bank establishing and implementing standards for space and design in their corporate headquarters, Toronto Canada and London England.

During her educational career, Taya earned a Bachelor's Degree in Design. She also received the designation of Facilities Management Administrator through BOMI. Taya is a professional member of the International Facilities Management Association and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional. In the time away from her busy schedule, she greatly enjoys traveling and sailing.
