Ideal for store owners looking to maximize limited space, Dexter's new Express 50lb stack offers 66% more capacity than a 30lb stack and the same faster drying and lower energy consumption as Dexter's popular 30 pound Express stack. In January 2007, Dexter re-launched their 30 pound stack dryer as an Express model with greater energy efficiencies along with faster drying and quicker customer turnover than ever before.
Additional features on both the Dexter 30 and 50 pound stack that help enhance energy efficiency, durability, and reliability include a new, improved spider, shaft and bearing assembly; increased air recirculation, a lint-free computer and coin drop area, and easier access to heat chambers and burner housings for simplified cleaning. Orders for 30 and 50 pound Express Stack Dryers are now being accepted and can be placed through any Dexter Authorized Distributor.
Dexter dryers deliver maximum energy efficiency and superior drying speed, by balancing heat input, tumble speed, air recirculation, and airflow through fully-perforated, large-diameter cylinders. To reduce fuel and electricity costs, both Dexter Express Stack Dryers offers improved efficiency with improved air-flow into and through the dryer and increased recirculation. The new right shifted lint drawer allows the dryer to hang onto heated air longer, and integrated venting and dual-voltage motors and terminal block allows for quicker and easier installation.
Engineered to handle the toughest commercial loads, all Dexter dryers feature heavy-duty bearing housings, oversize bearings, as well as hardened trunion-shaft assemblies. Dexter dryers are also built with a welded steel frame and cabinet. After a 6-stage pre-treat process, each cabinet assembly is completely painted inside and out for maximum corrosion resistance. Extra large loading doors are made of stainless steel, which include full view glass, and easy grip handles. Dexter dryers also feature solid state microprocessor controls and electronic spark ignition.
