dhtmlxFolders can be easily implemented in any Ajax-based website/application. Rich and robust JavaScript API gives developers wide possibilities to customize component's view and behaviour. The component's appearance can be defined through XSL or JavaScript and changed on the fly.
Advanced functionality included in dhtmlxFolders allows one to create interactive, nice-looking and fast web interface of file, image or product explorer. The most significant features include sorting, filtering, drag-n-drop, paging support and dynamic loading.
Due to paging support, objects can be shown one-by-one, portion by portion or all at once. The size of each object depends on a visualization template, so the object can be displayed as an icon with title or a complete web page.
