Mr. Anagnost holds an impressive resume with various career highlights, including his work with Manchester authorities to rejuvenate downtown Elm Street and its famous Millyard to become the ever expanding city that it is today. In addition, he was one of the first people to aid in the redevelopment of existing historic and abandoned properties after partnering up with the City of Manchester, and continues to form professional and public/private partnerships to revitalize sites and properties today.
As a licensed real estate broker in the state of New Hampshire, Mr. Anagnost surpasses others in the field alongside his many accomplishments, awards and accolades, which include the 2011 Best of Business Award for Best Commercial Real Estate Developer from the New Hampshire Business Review and the 2009 Citizen of the Year Award from the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce.
