/24-7PressRelease/ -- Radcom, Inc., a Hudson, Ohio based consulting firm, will offer free monthly sessions to show managers, executives, and business owners how to get the most out of their human capital, training, e-learning, and technical communication efforts. These sessions are tailored for strategic decision makers and managers who need to work with fewer resources to gain the same or larger results than in prior years, or want to take their organization to a new level.
The first session will be held on Thursday, January 21, from 6 - 7:30 p.m. at Radcom's headquarters and will help you answer the question, "Why targeted training will be critical during the upcoming employment recovery if you want to keep your best employees?" Bob Dianetti, Radcom's president and founder, will lead a lively discussion on who to train, when to train them, and how to best deliver the training to meet your organization's growth and sales needs.
Food and beverages will be provided at each session which will rotate between Thursday evenings, Friday mornings, and Friday afternoons. Attendees are asked to RSVP at least one week prior to each session by calling 330-650-4777 ext. 221. In addition to sessions facilitated by Mr. Dianetti, Radcom director, Dan Konfal, will focus future topics on human capital services to help you plan for, develop, and maximize the core competencies of the people who are the heart of any organization.
