LAS VEGAS, NV, November 01, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- DIRECTUS has had amazing growth in the first 3 quarters of 2011 and looks to be keeping their momentum strong as they roll into 2012 with a solid line up of new OEM and aftermarket integration products and vehicle kits.

Last year, DIRECTUS blindsided the competition with the award winning release of the Prodigy One vehicle integration kit. DIRECTUS, not resting on last year's success is launching a new and improved Prodigy One system, better known as the Prodigy One Pro. This innovative system by DIRECTUS that is powered by the Android OS, allows the Pro system to work in both aftermarket head units such as Pioneer, Kenwood, Clarion and Jensen; as well as several OEM automotive systems that include Gentex rearview mirrors, Chrysler, Dodge, FIAT, Nissan, Infiniti, Cadillac, SCION, Volvo and VW screens, as well as releasing a new GM solution during the show. The Prodigy One Pro Series takes all of the best features and functionalities of the first generation Prodigy One and steps it up with the new Freescale i.MX51 processor; doubling the memory and an all new Android operating system. The New Prodigy One Pro stays true to its original form and functionality as a multifunctional automotive plug and play device that brings navigation, safety, communication, connectivity and entertainment to vehicles through one device.

Earlier this year DIRECTUS announced a strategic partnership with Nav-TV for OEM vehicle integration solutions by launching the first ever Chrysler / Dodge / FIAT Uconnect LCD Touch 4.3" and 8.4" aftermarket navigation and back-up camera solution. Sure to be one of the most innovative products for 2012 will be the TCTS - "True Convergence Technology System" that blurs the lines between OEM automotive radios, smart phones, consumer electronics and wireless. DIRECTUS announces another strategic relationship with CELIO Technology Corporation, with their REDFLY mobile software application. In the past what was referred to as Terminal Mode or Smartphone mirroring, the Prodigy One Pro enabled with the REDFLY software app, enables customers that have purchased the DIRECTUS vehicle integration kit to display and control their smartphone (iPhone, Android and other smartphone manufactures) screens to both OEM and aftermarket vehicle screen displays that Directus currently supplies to the market.

Nimbus, a leader in the Fleet Management market, is the first company to take advantage of this system and has enabled their existing fleet management applications, Asset Tracker and Driver Tracker, using the REDFLY API and framework and can now display critical fleet management information resident on the smartphone directly on the vehicle's in-dash display by utilizing the power of the DIRECTUS Prodigy One Pro.

DIRECTUS will be showcasing many of their OEM and aftermarket products within their booth in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center this year, as well as a SEMA award contender for "Best New Mobile Electronics Product" in the new product showcase. Some of the DIRECTUS products on display will include:

- Prodigy One Pro with "TCTS" REDFLY enabled technology in the New Products Show case area (Mobile Electronics Award Contender)
- The Chrysler / Dodge / FIAT Uconnect 4.3 back-up camera and navigation kit
- The Gentex rearview navigation mirror kit
- Nissan / Infiniti Navigation Kit
- The all new Equinox navigation and OEM screen integration kit
- The VW touch radio kit
- The Cadillac SRX and CTS navigation and OEM screen integration kit
- 2012 Volvo S60/XC60 touch screen integration kit
- Quad camera DVR for Prodigy One Pro

Experience the DIRECTUS OEM and Aftermarket Prodigy One "Total Vehicle Technologies" first hand at the 2011 SEMA Show, November 1st - 4th in Las Vegas, NV in the North Hall Booth 11413 and the MITO Corporation Booth 11612 http://www.SEMAShow.com
