The team members are then awarded 33 percent of the total revenue gained from each sale plus a 5% bonus on their gross sales when they sell six or more listings in a month. They will also continue to earn an annuity on each business that relists every year.

Becoming a MOB team member is simple. To apply, members must first join Disaboom and then complete a short application and a W9 form on the site. A personalized sales page will be created that will provide MOB team members with all of the tools they need including sales tips and training, marketing collateral, letterhead and business card templates, and a weekly newsletter.
