    SHELBYVILLE, KY, January 29, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Don Harding, Principal in the Shelby County Public Schools system, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of educational administration.

With an impressive background that spans 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Harding's expertise lies in operations management and curriculum. As principal, he is responsible for overseeing curriculum and assessment, student services and addressing organizational issues. His leadership skills, love for his profession and dedication to educating children are what he considers to be the driving forces behind her success.

Mr. Harding will be pursuing his Ph.D. in practical and institutional leadership at the University of Louisville. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Education in 1988 from West Virginia University and holds certification in Educational Leadership from the University of Louisville in 2005 and Superintendency from Eastern Kentucky University in 2006. He is a member of the Kentucky Leadership Academy, the District Instructional Leadership Team, the Kentucky Association of School Principals, the National Association of School Principals, and the Honorable Kentucky Colonel Society. Mr Harding has also received Kentucky Senate Commendations for Achievements in 2006 & 2007.
