Drawing on an astounding four decades of practiced experience in his field, Mr. Main parlays his knowledge into his position with Unleashing Holistic Success, which provides high-level leadership development services, continuous business improvement by focusing on strategy, culture, performance management and creates sustainable competitive advantage. In his roles as owner and founder, he assesses the needs of a leader, key individuals and implements successful business turnarounds. This is underpinned by state of the art marketing and branding with rigorous quantitative and qualitative measurement and feedback. Mr. Main also markets on behalf of the brand and manages the organization.
Prior to joining Unleashing Holistic Success, Mr. Main served as the human resources head of country for Mozambique for Illovo Sugar Ltd., where he maintained responsibility for human resources, labor relations, talent and performance management, and estate security. He began in the field with Illovo Sugar Group in a variety of management positions, and has since moved up in the ranks in both line and HR roles to positions of General Manager and Functional Country Head.
A brilliant example of excellence in his field, Mr. Main shines as a result of his prior experiences in the industry and his educational background, which includes a Master's Degree in Commerce. He was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also maintains affiliation with the South African Board for People Practices as a Master Human Resources Practitioner. In the coming years, Mr. Main intends to experience continued professional growth.
