She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Ottawa and an MBA in human resources from Walden University. Ms. Derouchie also holds certifications in long term care senior management and occupational health and safety. Her professional affiliations include the College of Nurses of Ontario, and the Geriatric Nurses Association.
