As the owner of Delicious Arts LLC, Ms. Liu specializes in visual merchandising and pastry design. In addition to serving as a designer and pastry chef, she is responsible for developing recipes, meeting with clients, and conducting research on color and flavor coordination. Ms. Liu established her company after working in sales and management, as well as in visual merchandising for a jewelry firm. In Ms. Liu's opinion, the studio's products are not so much baked goods as they are pieces of art that are composed of edible ingredients. Delicious Arts also holds sugar classes, where students can learn to decorate cakes and cookies using sugar sculpting techniques.
