Donna Melichar, CRS, GRI, an associate broker for

Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Nebraska retail real estate. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.
Prior to opening Home Real Estate in 2001 with her husband Matt, Donna Melichar worked in Scotts Bluff, Nebraska where she served as the president of the
Scotts Bluff County Board of REALTORS . Melichar has expertise in residential sales with a focus on first-time home buyers, new construction and investment properties. Home Real Estate provides real estate services including but not limited to relocating, buying and selling property and financial and investment services. Melichar has been living in Lincoln for seven years and frequently meets up with former clients. "I build relationships with my clients as we work together to find their dream homes. I make it a point to follow up on them," she says.
Melichar has GRI, CRS and associate broker designations. She attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney for her bachelor of science in business administration and is a member of the
National Association of REALTORS , the
REALTORS Association of Lincoln, the
Nebraska Association of REALTORS and the
Women's Council of REALTORS . Melichar was named
Realtor of the Year by the Scotts Bluff County Board of REALTORS in 1999.
