Dr. Anthony T. Ware Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Aviation

Ware, CEO/Founder of A&J Ware Enterprises/ATW LEAN Consulting, a Veteran/Minority Owned Business, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in the aerospace and aviation industry.

After growing up near an airport in Greenfield, Wisconsin, Dr. Ware became interested in working in the aviation and aerospace industry. Over the course of his very successful career, Dr. Ware has amassed more than 10 years of experience in executive management and 26 years of experience in budgeting, operations, and management. Dr. Ware also specializes in economic and corporate development, marketing and branding strategies, minority/women business laws and policies, TSA security policies, OSHA CFR standards, safety analysis and engineering, emergency preparedness and response planning, hazard analysis and control prevention, six sigma implementation and management, and the development of six sigma/LEAN teams. Passionate and hardworking, he is recognized as an expert as a Six Sigma Blackbelt as well as occupational and aviation safety science principles and philosophies, economics, economic development, airport management, business management, and team building.

Previously, he was the deputy director of Chennault International Airport Authority where he oversaw all government and civilian flight operations, aircraft movements, air traffic control operations and airport economic development grants and projects. He also managed tenant business and compliance relations, as well as the Federal Aviation Administration's Contract Tower Program.

Anthony has gained the bulk of his skill sets and disciplines while serving in the United States Navy for 21 years. He retired in 2007. As a Disabled Veteran, he attributes his success to his religious faith, hard work, military training and drive, along with the support he receives from his church and his wife and kids.

Since his retirement from the military, Dr. Ware has been awarded two honorary doctorates, one as a Doctor of Science and another as Doctor of Divinity. While on active duty in the United States Navy he earned his professional doctorate in industrial engineering. He has also earned a Bachelor of Science in airport management, Bachelor of Science in occupational safety and health, and Associate of Science in security management. Always seeking self-improvement he also earned an advance certification in business management, an advanced certification in team building and leadership, and completed his black belt thesis and project on six sigma methodologies. Dr. Ware holds various certifications, such as certified software quality assurance, economist, master project manager, master financial professional, ISO 9000/9100 auditor, business continuity auditor, and safety director, among others.
