Dr. Sim has eight years of overall professional experience. As president of Major Sim Enterprise, Inc., and the principal administrator of Sim's Driving School, he is in charge of business management, educating driver students of the traffic laws, rules of the road and safe driving practices in preparation for the road test. He has previously worked as a doctor in Cambodia, where he was the director of the outpatient department.

In 1992, Dr. Sim received his MD in Cambodia. He is a member of the Massachusetts Professional Driver Education Association, and the Building Trade Association. In 2008, he received the Driving School Award.
