Receiving her Ph.D. and coming to the United States to setting up a company within a year are her greatest professional accomplishments. She has published a book entitled "Sheroes in the Church" and attributes her success to her faith in God hard work and positive attitude.

Dr. McCalla received her Ph.D. in Education from King's College, University of London in 1998. She is a member of the American Academy of Religion and the Center for Non Profit Management. In the future, Dr. McCalla hopes to expand her organization. Dr. McCalla volunteers for her local church, youth groups and women's groups.
