As a dentist for Coliseum Dental, Dr. Maia Nguyen Berger is responsible for treating patients and teaching at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital. She became involved in her profession because of her passion for dentistry and desire to help third-world countries gain access to dental health. Dr. Maia Nguyen Berger completed her residency at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital and received her doctor of dental surgery from New York University in 2004, and her bachelor of science in kinesiology from Louisiana State University in 1999. She is a member of the New York County Dental Society, the New York State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the National Association of Professional Women.
