Dr. Delgado Olguin has 10 years of experience in molecular biology. As a postdoctoral fellow, he plans and executes experiments aimed to understand how the heart develops during embryogenesis and how alterations during this process could give rise to cardiovascular diseases. In 2005, he received his Ph.D. from the Universidad Nacional Autonozna de Mexico. He is a member of the National Postdoctoral Association and was a fellow of the California Institute of Regenerative Medicine. He enjoys hiking and camping outdoors with his wife and daughter. Dr. Delgado Olguin attributes his success to his perseverance and intense interest in learning the fundamentals of life.
