- New York, NY, April 6, 2008, Dr. Stanimira Nikolova, Sleep Laboratory Manager for Weill Medical College of Cornell University, will be included as an honored member in the 2008-2009 edition of the

Dr. Nikolova has 15 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry and nine years experience as a sleep specialist. Her areas of expertise include nutrition, sleep disorders and pathology. She would like to open her own sleep laboratory in the future, where the patients will be treated not only by sleep specialists, but also by nutritionists and psychologists, which will provide them with more complex care.
Five years after receiving her MD in 1993 from Trakiya University in Bulgaria, Dr. Nikolova moved to the United States. In 2001, she received a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of New Haven in Connecticut. She belongs to several local charitable organizations. In her spare time, she travels and enjoys photography.
