With nearly a decade of practiced expertise Dr. Wanda H. Wells is recognized as a leading authority on pediatric medicine. Specializing in instruction and healthcare, she manages both inpatient and outpatient pediatrics at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. There, she also observes medical students.

Dr. Wells is a Yale University graduate, having earned a bachelor's degree in biology in 1996. She went on to earn an MD in pediatrics from the Louisiana State University and become inducted as a fellow into the American Academy of Pediatrics. Today, Dr. Wells is distinguished by her hard work and strong academic background. In addition to her affiliation with the Academy of Pediatrics, she maintains active membership in the National Medical Association. In her free time, Dr. Wells serves on the board of the Shreveport Metropolitan Ballet and contributes endless hours to volunteer organizations throughout the community. She is also an active member of the Zion Missionary Baptist Church. the Food Bank of North West Louisiana.
