Additionally, she is a certified leadership trainer through NetResults Public Speaking and Coaching. She was recently recognized by the website Elite American Women. Dr Gillani is also certified by iPEC as a Master Practitioner for Energy Leadership Index Assessments.

Throughout her career, Dr. Gillani has enjoyed several achievements. In September 2016, she was invited to be a speaker at the Symposium for Professional Development at the world famous Harvard University in Boston. Dr. Gillani spoke on new ways to build self esteem. In October 2014, she was recognized as an Honored Member of the National Association of Distinguished Professionals and was featured in the "Women of Distinction" magazine.
