In all, 18% of Dream Town agents received Top Producer honors, the highest percentage of any brokerage in Chicago.
Agents from a number of Chicago brokerages gathered last week to celebrate the Chicago Association of REALTORS (CAR) 2010 Awards. The event was held at the city's famous House of Blues, located in downtown. Instead of hosting a dinner, as in previous years, CAR kept the affair simple with a live band, open bar and more of a party atmosphere. Honorees' names were scrolled on monitors throughout the venue while top award recipients were brought up on stage for recognition.
Dream Town agents were awarded 2010 Top Producer titles, given to the top 5% of CAR members in various categories of individual and team residential sales by units sold and dollar volume. Mark Miles had the most units sold by a Dream Town consultant (30-37) and Colin Hebson had the company's highest individual sales volume ($22 million), earning him Silver Level Achiever status.
With 18% of its agents as Top Producers, Dream Town has the highest percentage of CAR Top Producers out of any agency in the city. The company also sells more units per agent than other brokerages in the city, according to recently released industry statistics.
Leading the pack in unit sales is Mr. Miles. "Dream Town's innovative website and amazing lead generation tools helped me achieve such success in 2010," said Mr. Miles, who is also a 2009 CAR Top Producer. "And with 2011 already a quarter over, I'm on track to make the grade at next year's awards, too!"
