CHICAGO, IL, December 17, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Top-ranked online real estate brokerage Dream Town Realty announced the addition of six Chicago realtors during the months of October and November. The new recruits are Marnie Sax, Giorgio Pescatore, Justin Brown, Thomas Secson, Jeneane Ally and Justin Francek. All six agents are residential sales specialists that serve home buyers and home sellers in the Chicago-area and surrounding suburbs.

Marnie Sax in an Illinois native who grew up in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Ms. Sax has been in real estate for the past seven years and has focused much of her business in buyer representation. She comes from a background in technical recruitment, where she was a top producer in the industry. Ms. Sax believes her negotiation skills and ability to clearly communicate complicated matters to all parties involved in real estate transactions is essential her success in this career.

"One of the things my clients notice is the level of dedication I bring to the table," said Ms. Sax, who started with Dream Town in early October. "I work relentlessly for my clients until the deal is closed, whether it takes weeks, months or years. It is extremely gratifying to help people find the perfect home and ensure they are getting the best deal on the property."

Ms. Sax is one of several agents to make the switch to Dream Town in 2011. The brokerage expanded their agent base this year and now has around 175 realtors working out of three office locations. Giorgio Pescatore also joined Dream Town in October. Mr. Pescatore's interest in realty began when he purchased his first piece of real estate at the age of 22. Since then he has bought and sold a number of investment properties and decided to make a career out of his passion.

Prior to becoming a licensed realtor, Mr. Pescatore was an entrepreneur who owned and operated two companies. He credits his time as a business owner with his propensity for exceptional customer service and understanding of clients' needs and wants.

Mr. Pescatore was born in Venezuela and immigrated to the U.S. with his family when he was an infant. His parents settled in Chicago, where Mr. Pescatore still enjoys exploring the various neighborhoods.

"As a real estate that's fluent in Spanish, Italian and English, I can help a lot of home buyers and sellers who might otherwise be wary of the process because they don't fully understand the language," Mr. Pescatore points out. "I think that versatility is important to many people looking to invest in real estate, especially in a multicultural city like Chicago."

Top-producing residential real estate agent Justin Brown signed on with Dream Town at the beginning of November. Mr. Brown was introduced to real estate at an early age because his family has owned all kinds of real estate, from bowling alleys to apartment buildings. He started selling homes in 2004 and tripled his sales by 2007. He was also recognized in the top 10% of agents by the Chicago Association of Realtors for closed sales volume for the year.

"More and more real estate is becoming an Internet-based business and I think Dream Town is one company that has managed to continually stay ahead of the technology curve," said Mr. Brown. "I want to provide that same level of service to my clients, not only through my brokerage but through a personal aptitude for social networking, WordPress and other web applications important to today's marketplace."
