    KANNAPOLIS, NC, February 22, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dwight L. McBride, Owner of McLeighs, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.

This year, Dwight L. McBride celebrates his fifth anniversary in private business with McLeighs. Specializing in online retail management and marketing, Mr. McBride is responsible for staying current with new products, updating supplier information, maintaining and updating the website and managing sales, orders and customer relations.

McLeigh's hydroponic gardening (soilless gardening) systems can vary from starter kits to vertical systems that supply gardens in small spaces. According to Mr. McBride, hydroponics farming is a state of mind. It can range in size to thrive outdoors, inside a greenhouse, or to fit within the tiny confines of a room. Despite the size of the system, the basic procedures remain the same. Mr. McBride recommends that clients experiment with one or more smaller units until the process becomes more comfortable.

Mr. McBride also works as a part-time librarian at the Rowan Cabarrus Community College. He is the author of several user manuals and has worked with such organizations as the John Deere Corporation, Northern Illinois University, McDonnell Douglas Corporation and as a pilot in the United States Air Force.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University, a Master of Science in Library Science (MSLS) from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in geology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
