Eagle Celebration is Fun for the Whole Family in East Texas

    LAKE FORK, TX, January 06, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Photographers and children of all ages delight in the winter celebration of Eagle Fest held annually in Emory, Texas the 3rd week of January. The chance to see these majestic birds in their natural habitat is exciting and is only available in Texas a couple months out of the year.

The Rains Chamber of Commerce will host the 19th annual Eagle Fest event at the Rains ISD Campus (1759 US Hwy 69. Emory, Texas 75440) on Saturday, January 17th. From live bird shows, Barge/Bus Tours to Native American Dancing there is something for everyone to enjoy in the "Eagle Capital of Texas". Activities begin at 7:00 am and will end at 5:00 pm. New to the lineup this year, Oak Ridge Marina is offering a special two hour private boat tour of Lake Fork, 2 night room accommodations, entry tickets to Eagle Fest and a fun lakeside bonfire for only $249/per couple ($335 Value!)
