As Director of Operations for ECL Software, Bribiesca is charged with overseeing and driving the company's growth objectives, including launching a new web-based product for the banking, construction and subcontractor community that provides tight controls over fund disbursement for building construction projects. She brings over 12 years of operations, planning, and project management experience, as well as business strategy to ECL Software.

Prior to joining ECL, Bribiesca provided professional Management Consulting services through Software Management Consultants Inc and previously through Cap Gemini, a "Big Four" global consulting firm. Her business experience has afforded her the opportunity to provide value to some of the most prestigious firms across industries including Disney, Nissan, Catholic Healthcare, Sempra Energy, the City of Los Angeles, and Farmers Insurance Group to name a few, as well as several years managing her own companies.
Bribiesca holds both a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Southern California, where she served as President of the Association of Graduate Business Students. Her undergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from Pepperdine University.
