/24-7PressRelease/ -- The transaction that garnered Hoel's award was the acquisition by EMC Corporation of its new facility on Surles Court in Durham. EMC, the world leader in information infrastructure, needed additional space for the expansion of its operations in the Triangle. With over 19 years of commercial real estate experience, Hoel represented EMC in their purchase of the 450,000-square-foot industrial building, a transaction that closed at $22.6 million.
