Stanford Who's Who/ -- Margaret Quartermaine has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her spectacular work in the Education Industry. As Director of the Marr Mooditj Foundation, as well as throughout her incredible 19 year career, Margaret has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
The Marr Mooditj Foundation is a college committed to the education and training of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It was established to empower them to competently deliver and manage health care and community services programs in a culturally appropriate manner to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
Their charter extends beyond the initial training and encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people working in the health and community services field to continue to seek further training. This will help them to develop skills and experience, which will enhance and increase opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.
Margaret oversees a 21 person staff and over 180 students. She is responsible for the finances and compliance issues of the organization. Some of her finest qualities are her people skills, management skills and involvement in community activity. During her educational career, Margaret earned certificates in management and training.
