As a principal at Rhodes Associates, Mr. Fernand specializes in executive search and advisory across Global Banking & Markets and Alternative Investments to include debt and equity capital markets, emerging markets, investment banking, strategic capital solutions and structured products. Clients range across major banks, hedge funds, private equity, broker dealers, asset managers, insurance companies and emerging securities practices. Edward is also Head of Strategic Capital Solutions, which helps provide financing for various fixed income, energy, equity, and esoteric strategies.
