iKinasePro provides access into a version of Eidogen-Sertanty's popular
Kinase Knowledgebase (KKB) hosted in Amazon's cloud computing environment. Using native iPad functionality, a user can survey the large and growing KKB by target-name, by Kinome-tree taps, and by structure-based searches. Users can register for e-mail alerts to notify them when additional information becomes available on molecules of interest.
iKinasePro introduces new "search-by-tap" functionality that allows a user to explore the world of kinases by tapping through a vast array of kinase-relevant ring structures, or by tapping on subfamilies within the Kinome tree. Users can also issue custom structure searches through finger-drawn substructures.
