With over 26 years of professional experience, Ms. Penland excels in finance management which includes financial reporting and taxes, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, aviation accounting and audit. In addition, she is skilled in litigation support, contracting and government marketing. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of M.I.C. Industries, Inc., Ms. Penland is responsible for overseeing three manufacturing facilities including finance, research and development, human resources, legal and marketing. Ms. Penland is a recipient of several college scholarships and has served on the Montessori Country School Board. She received her degree with a double-major in management and accounting at Georgetown University and completed International Business and International Finance studies at The University of Oxford, England.
