/LegalTelligence/ -- Birth control pills containing hormones are intended to be taken once a day but for seven days of each month placebo sugar pills are taken. The negligent and defective packaging caused an improper amount of hormone pills or placebo pills to be included in each monthly supply. This means that patients would have improper contraception and could become pregnant.
