/24-7PressRelease.com/ - February 23, 2005 - The Association of Manufacturing Excellence Western Region will host a two day, two plant workshop with tours. Both plants of dj Orthopedics were top 25 finalists in 2004 and the dj Orthopedics Mexico plant went on to earn a Top 10 Winner Award!
This workshop event held March 1 and 2, will show how dj Orthopedics went from a traditional big batch departmental operation to a lean, cell-oriented culture. Key emphasis will be placed on overall strategy, line-of-sight management, cultural change using the kaizen blitz approach, development of kanban systems, visual factory and more.
