Cambridge Who's Who
- Washington, D.C., April 6, 2008, Elaine (EJ) Westley, of the United States Postal Service, has been recognized by
Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of her personal and professional career.
Ms. Westley has been employed by the United States Postal Service for more than 30 years, and manages their National Women's Program. She has been influential in recruiting, and developing women within and outside of her organization. She exhibits the kind of work ethic and professionalism to which all can aspire. To find a person that constantly strives to improve an organization is truly admirable. How does she do this? Gratuitous - her conviction, dedication, and leadership have made a positive impact on the Postal Service and its employees as she helps others achieve their goals.
Ms. Westley received her Master of Business Administration from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She is a member of the Federally Employed Women (FEW), National Association of Women MBAs, and a member of the University of South Florida Alumni Association. Additionally, she is a former board member for the National Women's History Project, an organization whose mission is to recognize and celebrate women's authentic contributions toward our history.
Ms. Westley attributes her success and determination to her unwavering faith in God.
