Eleanor J. Cavallo, MA.Ed. Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who Executive, Professional and Entrepreneurial Registry

Ms. Cavallo is a 1999 recipient of the Influential Women in Business Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Cavallo, President (Retired) of Bridge View Day School, Inc. and The Challenge School Program, Ltd. has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of teaching academic administration.

With an impressive background of more than 31 years of professional experience in teaching special education, overseeing administrative duties and writing, Ms. Cavallo was primarily responsible for managing staff and overseeing operations. She is a 1999 recipient of the Influential Women in Business Award from the National Association of Women Business Owners and attributes her success to her education and to the support she received from her mentors. Having taught and worked with gifted and special education children, Ms. Cavallo is writing a story that depicts her experiences with them and is also enrolled in creative writing classes at the University of Chicago writing children's and young adult literary fiction.

Ms. Cavallo received her Master of Arts in Education Administration from Roosevelt University in 1995 and her Bachelor of Sciences in Special Education and Elementary Education from Illinois State University in 1972. She is a former member of the National Association of Private Schools, the National Education Association and the National Association of Women Business Owners. Ms. Cavallo also volunteers for Greater Chicago Food Depository and is a core leader of her writing group. Her goals for the future include becoming a published author of novels and children's stories.
