ROZELLE, NEW SOUTH WALES, AUSTRALIA, April 30, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Eleonora De Michele, Director of Training, Facilitation, Consultation and Evaluation for TFC&E Consultancy, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Branding. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success.
Ms. De Michele has 35 years of professional experience, with 19 years of experience as a director of TFC&E Consultancy. Over the years, she has established herself as an expert in capacity building within human services organizations and customer service delivery. On a daily basis, she is responsible for working as an independent consultant, providing a range of clinical and nonclinical services to government and non-government organizations with human service responsibilities. She also works in research, development, documentation and facilitation of a wide range of curriculum, clinical services, including staff supervision, policy advice, case consultation and case reviews.
Ms. De Michele has been working in the social welfare field for the past 32 years, and has served in a range of capacities in this field. Her career experience includes working as a child protection caseworker, a manager of casework, a manager of DoCS Community Service Centres and a DoCS child protection policy officer and senior child protection trainer. For the past 15 years she has worked as an independent consultant, providing a range of clinical and non-clinical services to organizations with human service intervention responsibilities. She has a particular interest in staff supervision, staff retention and successfully managing the work of child protection and worker self-care. She is proud of her people skills and the ability to engage in relationships, and make things happen, as well as being very strategic and analytical in her work.
She attributes her success to her quality work and customer satisfaction.. She became involved in her profession because social work provided her with the same value and ethical framework that she believed in, so it was only a natural fit for her to want to help others from a professional and individual aspect.. The highlight of her career is the repeated feedback from customers stating the benefit her services have had on their business and professional practices.
Ms. De Michele received a Bachelor of Arts from Adelaide University, having also earned a Bachelor of Science in social work from the University of New England. In addition to her degrees, she has become accredited in workplace training and assessment through UTS. She is also an accredited assessor of competency-based training, an accredited conflict resolution trainer, an accredited mediator and an accredited NLP practitioner. She is a member of the ARACT Knowledge Brokering Network, as well as the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership; the International Association of Facilitators; Positive Change Practitioners; the Learning, Education and Training Professionals Association; and Positive Social Work. In years to come, Ms. De Michele will be continuing to facilitate organizational improvements in service delivery while contributing even more to society. In addition, she will be expanding her business and client base with a national and international presence.
