Ms. Fabela brings 15 years of professional experience to Tiny Tots, an early childhood daycare center that she established three years ago. An expert in child care and development, she is in charge of caring for children, working with parents, teaching, overseeing programs and managing operations. Ms. Fabela attributes her success to her love for children, willingness to learn and ability to set goals and achieve them.

A Certified Child Development Associate, Ms. Fabela underwent training in Child Development at Odessa College and Midland College. She is affiliated with the Texas Licensed Child Care Association and volunteers with St. Joseph's Catholic Church in her spare time.
